Year 12 History students trying on the armour during their recent trip to Bosworth.
After meeting up with our tour guide, John, we walked up the hill of Bosworth to the top which was used for its natural vantage point.
From there we walked through the battle fields where Richard III lost his life.
It was an interesting and very educational trip. We had the opportunity to try on the armour and traditional clothes of the era (see photograph below) and the chance to view the many artefacts on show in the museum.
Thank you to Mr Tobin and Mr Parr for making this trip possible.
